In addition to building new RAW Computers, we offer a full line of affordible off-lease and refurbished systems. RAW Computers also sells new computer hardware, and new laptop computers from great manufacturers.

RAW Computers also offers Web Design and Web Hosting, Search Engine Optimization, Domain and Email Setup and Social Media Networking and Management through our Sister-Company WiseTEC Solutions – Mississauga Based Web Design

RAW On-Site Services include Computer & Office Maintainance, Repair, Upgrade, Installation and Computer Recycling.

5. What kind of warranty is offered?

Warranties vary from product to product, however in general All New RAW Computers include 1 Year of Manufacturer Defect Warranty, 1 Year of On-Site Service and 1 Year of Support. Refurbished and off-lease machines are generally warrented for 30, 60 or 90 days for repair or replacement. RAW Computers External Hard Drives are Warranted against Manufacturer Defect for 3 Years. All products sold by RAW Computers (i.e. Accessories and other Hardware) carry the Manufacter’s Warranty, often redeemable through RAW Computers.

We sure do! Another great RAW Computers program – show us a quote for a new computer or for upgrade, repair or maintainance. We will beat the price or put $5 in your RAW Rewards! account. Just a hint – we haven’t had to give out any $5 bonus payments yet!

10. I own/manage a computer store, can I sell your computers?

Currently RAW Computers are available exclusivley for sale from this website. We have been approached by more than one company looking for reseller pricing, however all RAW Computer Systems are near wholesale priced. While we are looking into possibilies for future relationships with companies wishing to resell our products there will be strict end-user/retail pricing guidelines. 11. There’s 2 Online RAW Computers Stores -Which One Should I Use?

June & July 2010 is a testing period for new E-Commerce software for RAW Computers.  You can purchase securley and pay via PayPal with eaither one, getting the same great selection and prices.  The current ‘BETA’ store will eventually (August 2010) become our main and only Online Sales Source.
